I’m excited to share my latest amigurumi project: My Girl Pearl Easy Crochet Doll Pattern. My Girl Pearl is a sweet little crochet doll that has removeable clothes. The doll dress has been designed to make it easy for little fingers to take it off and put it back on with ease. This amigurumi doll has been designed in a way to minimize as much sewing as possible. The legs, body and head are crocheted together in a single piece so you just have to sew on the arms, hair cap, pigtails and bows. The pigtails are each crocheted in a single pieces so you’re not stuck sewing those curls on individually. I hope you enjoy the My Girl Pearl easy crochet doll pattern and I can’t wait to see your finished Pearls.

I used Lion Brand Skein Tones yarn to design this easy crochet doll pattern. When I first learned about this line of colourway in the Lion Brand Basic Stitch yarn line, I was excited to use them to design some of my dolls. It is really important to me for my dolls to be inclusive so to have a these colourways specifically designed to match skin tones is amazing. I’ve made My Girl Pearl using the colourway Mahogany for her skin tone but she can be made in any of Lion Brand’s skein tone shades. Check out the full line of Skein Tones at lionbrand.com.

Finished Size:
- Doll is approximately 10.5” tall
Gauge:
- 4 sts across x 6 rows = 1” square
NOTES:
- Gauge is important for ensuring that all of the parts of your doll fit appropriately.
- This pattern is worked in continuous rounds (unless stated otherwise). Do not join at the end of the row, unless indicated. A stitch marker is used to keep track of the beginning of the round.
- For a cleaner SCDEC, do your SCDEC under the front loops only of each stitch rather than under both loops. This is often referred to as an invisible decrease. Check out my invisible decrease tutorial.
- In Round 1 of the Body, the CH 1 is counted as a ST and should be worked into in Round 2 of the body.
